• Successfully defended a global Am Law 50 law firm in multiple lawsuits, including civil RICO claims, relating to an alleged scheme to hack a client’s adversary’s emails, publish and use some of the hacked material, and cover up the scheme.
• Secured a victory for a global law firm in a multi-million-dollar dispute with its insurer following a two-day arbitration.
• Represented a prominent international law firm and a former partner in successfully defending claims brought by the son of a deceased trusts & estates client of the firm.
• Represented a law firm specializing in cryptocurrency exchange registration that was subpoenaed by the Southern District of New York (SDNY) in connection with its role as counsel to an overseas cryptocurrency exchange.
