Reuters: “US jury deadlocks on Tornado Cash founder’s money laundering charge”

It was an honor to try this case with our friends at Waymaker LLP, Brian Klein and Keri Axel. We are pleased that the jury did not convict Roman for either violating sanctions or laundering money. There are serious legal issues with the sole remaining lesser count involving unlicensed money transmission. We will not stop fighting for Roman and expect him to be fully vindicated.
