Philip Weldon to Speak at the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA)’s Annual Conference

Philip Weldon, Director of eDiscovery and Litigation Support Technology at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP, will be joining a roundtable discussion on August 24, 2023 at the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA)’s Annual Conference. “Litigation Support Roundtable: The Privilege and Publicity Edition” panelists will examine how litigation technology professionals can work through the often-thorny issues related to the attorney-client privilege and the work product doctrine—especially in high-profile matters with a great deal of publicity.
