Legal 500 Names Hecker Fink and Partners Sean Hecker and Marshall Miller to 2026 US Elite Rankings

Legal 500 has recognized Hecker Fink and partners Sean Hecker and Marshall Miller in its inaugural Legal 500 US Elite – New York rankings. Sean was recognized for his white collar practice, and Marshall for his cybersecurity and data protection practice.

According to the publication, the US Elite rankings highlight lawyers “handling work at the top of the legal market in their respective cities, states, or regions.”

The firm was also ranked for its white collar practice, earning Client Satisfaction accolades across lawyer and team quality and sector knowledge, awarded only to the top 30% of firms nationally.

Methodology

Legal 500’s research includes interviews with top practitioners, peer feedback, and evidence of key matters worked on by the ranked attorneys during the past year. An initial shortlist of attorneys is produced by the research team using internal and external data sets, with submissions from firms also welcomed independently of the shortlist process. The research team assesses law firm performance over a four-year period.
