Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP Recognized by BTI as a 2024 Intimidating Opponent

KHF was recognized by BTI as a 2024 Intimidating Opponent. The organization conducted a large-scale independent survey of corporate counsel who manage litigation – with more than 280 responses. They asked each of these individuals about the law firms they face – including a series of questions about the ferocity of the firms they face and who they don’t want to face in litigation – and why. This is an independent and organic study – BTI does not accept any law firm nominations, referrals, suggestions, or payment to be included in the survey. All questions are open-ended- clients are free to identify any law firm.
