Kaplan & Company, LLP Files Motion for Preliminary Injunction on Behalf of Starkville Pride

On February 26, 2018, Kaplan & Company, LLP filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of Starkville Pride and two of its leaders, Bailey McDaniel and Emily Turner, challenging the Starkville Board of Aldermen’s unconstitutional denial of their application for a permit to hold a gay pride parade on March 24, 2018.
