Hecker Fink Receives Shout-Out in Am Law Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week” Feature for Securing Protections for Job Corps

Hecker Fink received a “shout-out” in Am Law Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week” feature for their representation of the National Job Corps Association in a challenge to the U.S. Department of Labor’s May 2025 efforts to terminate the Job Corps program, which provides workforce training and other services for thousands of disadvantaged young people nationwide.

The Hecker Fink team includes Amy Jeffress, Max Feldman, Minahil Khan, and Disha Verma.
