Hecker Fink Joins Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification Program

We are pleased to announce that Hecker Fink LLP has committed to Diversity Lab’s 2024 – 2025 Mansfield Rule certification process for mid-sized law firms. The Mansfield Rule is a structured process focused on broadening the pool of talent considered within participating law firms and legal departments to promote equal opportunities and transparent leadership pathways. Participating law firms are asked to ensure the continued consideration of an intentionally broad pool of candidates for leadership and firm governance positions, as well as for entry-level and lateral attorney openings. The primary goal of this process is to facilitate inclusivity in leadership, reflecting the diversity of the workforce and clients served.
