Benchmark Litigation has once again named Hecker Fink partner Sean to its 2026 “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” list. The publication describes this year’s honorees as “an elite group of partners who have been venerated by peers and clients as being the best in breed at the nuanced practice of trial law, with this acclaim supported by representative work (public or confidential) to exemplify this status.”
According to Benchmark Litigation’s analysis, Sean is “a rare breed of white-collar trial lawyer, with an unassailable reputation that has been fortified by universal peer and client testimonials, and the representative work to support the commentary.”
Peers noted that Sean is someone they would “call if I was in the crosshairs,” adding, “Who doesn’t love Sean Hecker?” One client described him as “a smart, responsive, creative lawyer.”
