Appellate Division, Third Department Unanimously Affirms Post-Trial Order Removing Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. From the New York General Election Ballot

On August 29, 2024, the Appellate Division, Third Department unanimously affirmed the post-trial order that removes Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (RFK) from the New York general election ballot, in a thorough six-page decision rejecting each of RFK’s arguments.
Earlier in the month, the New York Supreme Court invalidated RFK’s nominating petition and ordered him removed from New York’s general election ballot—a total victory for the Hecker Fink trial team representing Petitioners-Objectors in an expedited trial proceeding.
The team was led by John Quinn and included Kate Harris, Joseph Posimato, Ian Roberston Tayonna Ngutter, Mariah Mizbani, Savannah Wagoner, and Finn Barry.
